You can now white-list all the blocked ips you have from the client area. all you have to do is to follow the step by step instructions bellow:
Login to the client area > Services >> My Services >>> Unban Your IP Address >>>> Please Choose Product >>>>> Check Ip >>>>>> Unban
Note that you have to choose the website you cannot access or the connection canot connect on choose product. The system will automatically detect your current ip and you white-list by clicking on unban.
Note also that unban center is located at the left side of the page and the last on list under Action tap.
